The judges give a golden buzzer to a 13-year-old girl who appears nervous on America’s Got Talent’s stage. Full video is in the comments

After stunning the judges and audience with her flawless performance, a 13-year-old British schoolgirl has won a golden buzzer, advancing her to the quarterfinals of America’s Got Talent.

Courtney Hadwin of Durham, United Kingdom received a standing ovation from all four judges and the audience for her outstanding performance of Otis Redding’s Hard To Handle.

Courtney appeared nervous on stage at first, but as soon as the song began, she delivered an emotional performance to the audience and judges.

It was quite hard to believe that the powerful voice came from a 13-year-old girl!

All four judges were left stunned with her performance

Judge Howie Mandel even gave her a golden buzzer, sending Courtney straight to the quarterfinals in the running for USD1 million prize

Each judge can only hit the Golden Buzzer once in every season of the show so that clearly means Howie was utterly impressed with Courtney’s audition.

Behind her confident performance, Courtney actually was quite disappointed when she narrowly missed out on the top prize on The Voice Kids UK last year

However, she remained positive and decided to fly to the US where she then entered America’s Got Talent to showcase her unique talent.

It seems like all her efforts have finally paid off!
